WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ONLINE? HOW DO WE USE IT?

The information we collect from registration is used for our camps, classes and other services. If you are a minor, we do not want your personal information. Please do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor and want to register online for one of our camp classes, the online registration must be completed for you by an adult (parent, guardian, etc.) who will give us your personal information; we cannot collect personal information directly from minors (children under 18 years old).

For all visitors, camps and parents/guardians:

  • If you have given us your information we will occasionally notify you about important additions or change to iBrick Academy and our services as well as changes to our website and other new offerings.

  • If you register online for a camp/class, we may need to know (when relevant) your name, email address, mailing address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, gender, birth date, school grade, and any special needs that you might have when visiting our center. This allows us to process and fulfill your reservation or registration.

  • If you register online for a camp/class, we will need medical and/or dietary information in the event of an emergency and we have not been able to contact you. You will also sign a photo/video release form to allow us to use media from the camps/classes in future promotions on our website as well as print and video media outlets.

  • If you express interest in receiving email news updates or mobile news updates from us, we may ask for your name, address, email address and cell phone number so we can distribute the news updates to you.

  • If you use one of our email information services to email us a question or comment about iBrick Academy, you are providing us with your email address, which we will use to respond to your inquiry.

  • HOW DOES iBRICK ACADEMY PROTECT YOUR ONLINE INFORMATION?

When you initiate a purchase through The iBrick Academy website, you will be redirected to www.paypal.com. You are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, utilized by many popular browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Your credit card information, as well as your personal information, is converted into tiny bits of encrypted code that cannot be read by others during transmission. Their servers use this SSL technology to protect your information. These safeguards make your transaction safe and reliable. Please review Paypal's Privacy Policy and Security Info for more information.
